Caitlyn Rockett has more than 20 years of experience training horses for dressage and eventing and more than a decade of experience teaching and coaching riders. She holds a C3 Eventing certification through the United States Pony Clubs and has earned multiple United States Dressage Federation honors. These include a USDF Qualified Rider Award at Training Level and, in 2026, USDF Rider Performance Awards at both Training Level and First Level.
Throughout her career, Caitlyn has worked with horses at every stage of development, from establishing a young horse’s foundation to improving the confidence, balance, responsiveness, and performance of experienced mounts. Her approach combines correct foundational training, clear communication, and an understanding of how each horse learns.
Caitlyn believes successful training requires more than teaching a horse to perform individual movements. Her goal is to develop a horse that understands its work, responds confidently to the rider, and remains willing and capable as expectations increase. Each training program is adapted to the horse’s temperament, physical development, previous experience, and intended purpose.
Her recent USDF achievements reflect her continued commitment to developing her own riding and training skills. By earning Rider Performance Awards at both Training and First Level, Caitlyn has demonstrated consistent, recognized performance while continuing to advance horses through the fundamentals of dressage.
